Do you provide GST invoices for corporate orders?
Yes. Every corporate order comes with a GST invoice showing our GST number, so it can go straight to your accounts team. If you need the invoice made out to a specific entity or purchase order number, tell us when you order.
What is the minimum order for an office shout?
Our cupcakes, petite cupcakes, friands and macarons are boxed in twelves, so the minimum is a single box. Most office orders are between three and ten boxes — email us with headcount and we'll suggest the mix.
Can you put our logo or brand colours on the cakes?
Yes. Send us your logo and colour references with your enquiry and we'll quote printed toppers, edible imagery or a finish matched to your palette. We'll always confirm the wording and artwork before we bake.
How much notice do you need for a corporate order?
Three business days is comfortable for standard boxes. Allow a week or more for branded elements, large volumes or an event with a fixed delivery window.
Do you deliver to offices in the Auckland CBD and beyond?
We deliver across Auckland, including the CBD, Newmarket, Parnell, Takapuna, Ellerslie, Penrose, Manukau and the airport precinct. The fee is based on driving distance from our kitchen and is confirmed before you pay.
Can you cater for dietary requirements across a team?
Yes. We bake vegan, gluten-free, eggless and dairy-free versions of our cupcakes and friands, and we can build a mixed box so everyone gets something.
