In Their Words
Parents and kids, both happy
"Absolutely beautiful and delicious. The presentation was stunning, and every bite was soft, moist and perfectly balanced in sweetness. I'll definitely be coming back."
"Thank you Sunita for the most wonderful cake for my daughter. Everyone couldn't get enough of the red velvet. I have honestly never tasted cake like yours — the best ever."
"We've tried many cakes that also need to be nut-free and often found them dry. Le Sud's lemon cake was delicious. Would definitely recommend."

Good to Know
Kids birthday cake questions, answered
How much do kids birthday cakes cost in Auckland?
Boutique cakes start from $70 plus GST, and bespoke custom designs start from $120 plus GST, depending on size and detail. Request a quote and we'll confirm an exact price before you pay — there are no surprises on the day.
What size cake do I need for a kids birthday party?
It depends on your guest count and whether the cake is the main dessert. Our 6-inch cake gives 6–8 dessert portions, the 8-inch gives 10–12, and the 10-inch gives 14–16. Tell us how many children you're expecting and we'll recommend the right size.
Can you match a theme or colour scheme?
Yes. Send a photo, the invitation or a mood board with your quote request and we'll design a cake to match — from bright party colours to elegant buttercream finishes.
Do you make gluten-free, eggless or vegan kids cakes?
We do. Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and eggless cakes are baked to order with the same care as our classic range, and they can be combined in a single cake.
How far in advance should I order?
As early as you can, particularly for weekends. If the party is sooner, get in touch anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver across Auckland, and the fee is based on the driving distance from our kitchen. You're welcome to collect from us instead. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact delivery cost before you pay.
